ROI (Return On Investment)

ROI is a measure of the profitability of an investment. It is calculated by dividing the profit earned on an investment by the cost of that investment.

So, what's the ROI on Coaching then??

If you've made it this far then you are seriously considering coaching as a viable service for either yourself or your organisation. However, you still need to be able to justify this service to either a) yourself, or b) others. And rightly so!

If however, I were to list all the benefits and associated ROI percentages you would likely be sceptical - and again, rightly so! I've searched the internet and collated four sources and listed them below with links to the corresponding sites. I do however encourage you to do your own research and come to your own conclusion.

FYI - across the globe, 'Organisational Coaching' and 'Executive Coaching' are interchangeable names that refer to a similar service.
