What EXACTLY is Organisational Coaching????

On my web page 'What is Organisational Coaching' I tried to outline the elements of organisational coaching, as well as then link these to specific benefits in relation to implementing New View Safety methodologies.

However, I know I can sometimes waffle on, and I may have even made the water more murky for some people! So, I decided to provide a Blog Post at collates several really nice definitions for people. And hopefully one of these resonates with you if my definition didn't.
